We recently had to replace our two ac units unexpectedly. Air Specialist Heating & Air Conditioning sent an awesome crew over to install our two new Trane units. After the install, we encountered an issue with the drain line that was tied into the bathroom sink. The line was cold and sweating, dripping water under the sink. TJ (our sales rep) and Frank (quality control) helped us troubleshoot the problem. Frank suggested running the drain line to the outside of the house and arranged for a crew to make it happen. Replacing two ac units is a huge expenditure. You want a company that will stand behind the products they sell and service. If you want to do business with a company that values their reputations and relationship with their customers do like we did and give Air Specialist a call.

Majestic installed a new Trane unit at my home, and completed the job yesterday. Chris Pine and the sales rep Justin were nothing short of excellent to work with. Justin came out, did a very thorough load assessment on my home, and presented me with the good, better, best options for me to choose from, depending on the price point I wanted to be at. At no time did he try to push any system on me, just statedthe facts and let me make my own informed decision. They replaced my entire system, duct work, and added new return air and vents to make my system work better. The installers did a fantastic job, and left my home in better condition than they found it. I would highly recommend Chris and Justin and Majestic A/C. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work.

I purchased a full Trane HVAC system, both AC and Furnace a couple of months ago. I haven’t had a single problem with the install or the equipment so far. I seldom write reviews, but I put a lot of energy intovetting contractors. I got quotes from 4 area providers, checked out their insurance, licensing and insistedon like for like quotes/scope of work. The woodlands AC came out on top. I could not have been more pleased with the work Phil, Brian and team did for me. The price was fair/competitive, the install was thorough and of solid quality. They were simply great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone I personally know. Great job guys, our community needs business like you.
